Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. 'No Shows' really impact on our teams income as everyone within the salon is self-employed! If you fail to show up for your appointment, cancel or reschedule with any less than 48 hours notic, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged.

Lateness Policy
If for any reason you are running late for your appointment please call us on 01506 238430. Our scheduling is designed with clients in mind and often late clients can cause disruptions for every client scheduled that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more may mean we need to reschedule your appointment.

Sensitivity Testing
All colour services require a sensitivity test 48 hours or more before your appointment. Without a sensitivity test no colour appointment can go ahead. This is for your own safety and wellbeing and follows the rules and regulations provided by Schwarzkopf our colour provider. Please note, we do not apply colour to anyone under the age of 16.

Personal Belongings
We do our best to ensure your personal belongings are kept safe and undamaged within the salon however we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings whilst on the premises. We take every precaution to protect your clothes from colour but would advise you to avoid wearing high necklines/collars for your appointment. Bag hooks are provided at every styling station as despite our best efforts hair colour can get on the floor and transfer.
